There once was a man . . . named James.
James had a pen. A fancy pen. It was a deep, marble blue, fountain pen. He was proud of it. He carried it wherever he went. He brought it to the shops, to the bank, to school, and when he got older, to work. It was his favourite thing ever. More than even that new-fangled 'dub, step' music, that everyone else seemed to be into these days.
But one day, someone questioned why he simply brought it with him. “Why don't you use it?” They asked. James became perplexed. It was something he'd never thought about. He'd simply carried it with him. He never really thought about what he could actually do with it.
Well, it was a pen. He could write with it. So, he firstly decided to write, on his computer screen at work. It was a horrible decision. He only realized that after the monitor was covered in permanent ink. And was fired for it. That made James sad.
But he was determined to find a use for his pen! So he went outside, and started w

my god this was boring.
Lea quietly groaned to herself as her teacher droned on in that weird Victorian accent to try and make the book seem more authentic but just made it sound even more boring than it was. She hadn't really paid much attention to the story, she just hadn't gotten into it. A couple of people died, the Heathcliff guy was being an ass to his son and his cousin and something about incest. Why were writer's so . . . plain, back then? God, she liked Romeo and Juliet more than this.
She sighed, and gazed out the window, thinking about what would make the book better. Maybe . . . maybe if Heathcliff was a werewolf. No, is he was a vampire, and Edgar was a werewolf, and then the older Catherine would have to-

It was a beautiful spring morning, and from the recesses of Hogwarts the Potions Master and his wife were finishing the final touches on their ensembles for the day. Though neither were particularly into their appearances, today was different and they were both dressed to the nines. Snape in prime dressing robes (they were unsurprisingly black) and his wife in an elegant purple that matched him rather nicely. For most, dressing up for a special occasion would have been an exciting or pleasant affair, but for the Potions Master it was more than enough to leave him a foul mood.
He had been grumbling all morning, and finally (F/n) - his lucky wife and companion of many years- had had enough.
“Severus,” she said calmly, from where she was pinning up her last strand of loose hair. “If you complain anymore, I will have to force you to dance with me after the ceremony.”
